Our Mission
We raise funds on behalf of K9 handlers and their units, then distribute body armor directly to the dogs who serve on the front lines of public safety and national defense. Every dollar we receive goes toward keeping working dogs healthy and safer in the field.
Working dogs give everything in service to their communities and country. They track criminals, detect explosives, and protect service members in harm’s way. Yet many of these canines work without the protective equipment they need. Bravest K9 exists to close that gap. We handle the fundraising so that handlers and departments can focus on the mission. How We Help K9 Units
Protective vests for police and military dogs can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars per unit. Many departments cannot absorb that cost out of their operational budgets. Bravest K9 steps in to raise those funds through donations, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach. Once we have the resources, we work directly with units to get the right vest to the right dog. It’s a straightforward mission with a real, measurable impact: vests on dogs, dogs coming home safe.
Bravest K9 was founded on the belief that working dogs deserve the same care and protection as any member of a service team. We coordinate vest procurement and distribution for police departments and military units across the country, turning public generosity into tangible protection for the dogs that keep us safe.
